Tonight at dinner in London I was showing off why Facebook's "brand likes" are better for building an incoming news feed. Sure enough the local CBS TV station showed up with a breaking news item over on my ticker during my talk to 50 people (thanks Thomas Power and Francine Hardaway), mostly media and tech execs, and it took me to a Reuters feed where we were able to watch the pier burning in live video feed.
Amazing example of how Facebook is changing.
