Specialists See Weeks of Work on Health Site
Federal contractors have identified most of the main problems crippling President Obama 's online health insurance marketplace, but the administration has been slow to issue orders for fixing those flaws, and some contractors worry that the system may be weeks away from operating smoothly, people close to the project say.

Surface Pro 2 Review: More Convincing as a Laptop than a Tablet
The introduction of the original Surface Pro pretty much came as a surprise to most people, and as such it was a bit of an unknown entity, at least in terms of expectations. Microsoft has a mixed bag of results when making hardware, ranging from the ever-popular XBox to the never-popular Kin, which went on sale for less than two months.

Microsoft Surface 2 review: The tablet that needs to convince the world it deserves to exist
Whatever you think or know about the original Surface RT tablet, you'll probably know that when it came out everyone complained about its software support and questioned whether there was any need for a cut-down Windows 8-style apps-only version of Microsoft's OS paired with distinctly middling hardware.

An identity theft service that sold Social Security and drivers license numbers - as well as bank account and credit card data on millions of Americans - purchased much of its data from Experian, one of the three major credit bureaus, according to a lengthy investigation by KrebsOnSecurity.

Why Android First is a Myth In mobile, particularly in consumer markets, there has been an ongoing debate about when or if Android will become the first platform that sophisticated startups develop for. Often times, this argument is wrongly centered around vanity metrics for Android such as worldwide shipments or installed base of each platform.
