Is TSA trying to be more customer centric? Today was first time with TSA Pre on my boarding pass.
They let me through security with my Google Glass on. They also didn't make me take my shoes or belt off and didn't make me take my computer out of its bag.
First time I have had good feelings about TSA in years.
I have no idea how I got TSA preapproval. Probably because I fly so much.
